HUAHUA Concludes a Successful Showcase at CIFF Shanghai 2026 with Advanced Woodworking Machines

FOSHAN, China, Sept. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HUAHUA successfully concluded its participation in the 58th China (Shanghai) International Furniture Fair, held from September 5 to 8, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai Hongqiao.

At Booth 8.1D05, HUAHUA presented seven woodworking machine models covering important processes in modern panel furniture production. The HUAHUA exhibition lineup gave furniture manufacturers, distributors and industry professionals an opportunity to explore practical solutions for panel cutting, CNC machining, edge banding and intelligent production.

Throughout the four-day exhibition, the booth welcomed a steady flow of visitors. Many showed strong interest in the processing efficiency, accuracy, operating stability and automation potential of HUAHUA machines. The event also allowed the HUAHUA team to communicate directly with customers, learn more about their production requirements and discuss how the advanced CNC woodworking equipment could support more efficient manufacturing.

HUAHUA Machines for Modern Furniture Production

HUAHUA’s seven-machine lineup reflected the brand’s focus on the major production stages of panel furniture manufacturing. Rather than presenting isolated equipment, HUAHUA demonstrated how cutting, CNC processing and edge banding technologies can contribute to a smoother and more productive manufacturing workflow.

Among the seven machines displayed, three HUAHUA models became major highlights: the HP280CSF CNC panel saw, the SKG-912MZYL CNC router and the HH-406RP automatic edge banding machine.

HUAHUA HP280CSF: High-Speed and Precise Panel Cutting

The HUAHUA HP280CSF CNC Panel Saw demonstrated a strong combination of cutting capacity, speed and precision for industrial panel processing. The machine offers a maximum cutting length of 2,800 mm and a maximum cutting thickness of 120 mm, making it suitable for demanding panel furniture production.

The HUAHUA HP280CSF features an 18.5 kW main saw motor, with the main saw operating at 4,000 rpm. Its saw carriage can reach a forward speed of up to 100 m/min and a return speed of up to 120 m/min, while the automatic feeding system reaches 85 m/min. These specifications enable the machine to process panels efficiently while maintaining stable cutting performance.

A two-finger pneumatic clamping structure holds panels securely during feeding and cutting, helping maintain accuracy without damaging the panel surface. Roller conveyors and air-floating worktables make large or heavy panels easier to move and reduce the risk of scratches.

The HUAHUA industrial computer control system provides operating guidance, troubleshooting support and cutting-plan management. Cutting plans can be edited, simulated and executed through the system, which can also work with barcode management and factory automation software. These features made the HUAHUA HP280CSF particularly attractive to visitors seeking faster cutting, consistent quality and easier integration with automated production.

HUAHUA SKG-912MZYL: Flexible CNC Processing with Automatic Tool Change

The HUAHUA SKG-912MZYL CNC Router also attracted considerable attention at CIFF Shanghai. With a working area of 1,300 × 2,800 mm, the machine is designed for a variety of woodworking operations, including routing, milling, engraving and heavy cutting.

At the center of the HUAHUA SKG-912MZYL is a powerful 9 kW automatic tool-change spindle operating at speeds of up to 24,000 rpm. The spindle provides the power required for demanding machining while helping produce smooth workpiece surfaces.

A 12-position linear tool magazine enables the HUAHUA machine to change automatically between different tools, reducing manual intervention and improving productivity when a job requires multiple processes. Maximum movement speeds of 80 m/min on both the X and Y axes further support efficient production.

High-performance servo motors help maintain accurate and stable movement, while an automatic tool sensor assists with Z-axis height measurement. Precision linear guide rails, a rack transmission system and centralized lubrication contribute to smooth operation and consistent long-term performance.

Visitors were especially interested in the flexibility of the HUAHUA SKG-912MZYL. For furniture manufacturers processing customized products or varied production orders, the machine’s automatic tool-change capability can help simplify workflows and shorten the transition between different machining tasks.

HUAHUA HH-406RP: Servo-Controlled Edge Banding and Refined Finishing

The HUAHUA HH-406RP Automatic Edge Banding Machine was another prominent attraction at the HUAHUA booth. Developed to support consistent edge quality, the machine processes panels from 10 to 60 mm thick and edge tapes from 0.4 to 3.0 mm thick. Its selectable feeding speeds of 15, 18 and 20 m/min allow manufacturers to balance processing efficiency with different production requirements.

The HUAHUA HH-406RP combines multiple edge banding processes in one continuous workflow. A servo positioning system supports accurate panel alignment, while a 7 kW pre-milling unit removes surface irregularities and expanded edges before gluing. A heating lamp preheats the panel edge to reduce the risk of cracking caused by temperature differences.

The machine is equipped with a clean-free, dual-color glue pot and a multifunctional glue system compatible with EVA adhesive. This design reduces the time and labor associated with frequent glue-pot cleaning. Servo-controlled pressing and tape feeding then provide firm and even bonding.

Following gluing and pressing, the HUAHUA HH-406RP performs high-speed end cutting to create a smooth and aligned finish. Dual-position corner rounding, servo multi-radius fine trimming and servo multi-radius scraping produce neat R-shaped edges while removing machining marks. Floating flat scraping, independent buffing and automatic lubrication further contribute to a cleaner finish, stable operation and easier maintenance.

The complete processing configuration of the HUAHUA HH-406RP attracted visitors looking to improve both edge banding productivity and the appearance of finished furniture panels.

Strong Visitor Interest and a Successful Conclusion

Live demonstrations and technical discussions remained active throughout the exhibition. Visitors examined the machines closely, asked about processing capacity and operating requirements, and discussed how the equipment could be used in their own factories. The strong response showed that furniture manufacturers continue to prioritize solutions that combine productivity, precision, flexible processing and easier operation.

By presenting seven machines at CIFF Shanghai 2026, HUAHUA demonstrated not only individual equipment capabilities but also its broader approach to the major production stages of panel furniture manufacturing. The exhibition concluded successfully, strengthening connections with industry professionals and creating new opportunities for future cooperation.
